We all experience moments when we benefit from additional support to navigate the challenges that life brings. Whether it be grief, trauma, anxiety, depression or perhaps a time of transition and change, therapy provides a space for us to reflect, explore and find a new way forward.

Together, we work to understand underlying patterns, strengthen coping strategies, and build greater self-awareness and compassion. The focus is on helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with the life you want to live.

Parenting

I work with individuals navigating infertility, loss, postpartum depression, and birth trauma. We can work together to process the transitions, changes and loss that can come through the process of creating the family we have hoped for.

I also work with those looking for support in parenting children of any age. We can explore together strategies that foster calmer connections, clearer boundaries and a more secure family dynamic. At the same time, providing support and compassion for you as the care giver, amidst the challenges that can come along with raising children.

Couples

Couples therapy offers a supportive space to slow down, understand each other more deeply and reconnect. Whether you are feeling stuck in recurring conflict, navigating a major life transition, or simply wanting to strengthen your relationship , therapy can help you communicate with greater clarity and care. Together, we explore patterns that may be keeping you apart and build practical tools for repair, trust and intimacy. The aim is not to decide who is right but to help you feel heard, valued, and aligned again.
